have won the 2009 General Election by promising a final solution to the 'Youth

Headed by the Minister For Youth Affairs, Eva Hardart, the solution is to
identify those children carrying the ‘Anti-Social Behavior Gene’,
remove them from their homes and intern them in treatment centers (Step Rehabilitation
Centers), using a new age of chemical behavior modifiers to target the gene.
